AAL welcomes Cochrane as a Bronze Member – People, Culture & Wellbeing Charter

AAL is pleased to support Cochrane as they sign the People, Culture & Wellbeing CharterCochrane, an international network, is for anyone interested in using high-quality information to make health decisions.  They are researchers, health professionals, patients, carers, and people passionate about improving health outcomes for everyone, everywhere.

Carolyn Campbell, Head of People & Culture shared her thoughts with us.

“I am quite recent in my role as Head of People & Culture at Cochrane and I wanted to sign the Charter to signpost, both inside our organisation and to our external stakeholders, that Cochrane is serious about building on its existing foundations to create a culture which develops its people, ensures it is inclusive in the way it collaborates across its global workforce, recognises employee voice and supports the wellbeing of its employees.  I am proud to be part of an organisation like Cochrane that is forward thinking and embraces the move from traditional HR to one that underpins all things People, Culture & Wellbeing.”

We look forward to supporting Carolyn and her colleagues on this journey.  As an organisation who recognises the employee voice and supports the wellbeing of its employees, it mirrors AAL’s approach to recognising lived experience in the workplace.
