AAL CPD certification will give your delegates confidence to know your content has been externally validated. Certificates are available electronically or as hardcopy and can be co-branded. Certification showcases a delegate’s new or refreshed knowledge and skills within a particular sector.
We can provide CPD certificates for a range of learning, including webinars, in-person training and conferences.
Endorsed Resources
If you offer on-demand training, AAL can review your resources to support you in meeting exceptional standards.
“We enjoyed working with AAL as they took time to fully understand our ethos and approach, while bringing clarity to the process of endorsing our training resources for our Smart Space online programme.”

Case Study of a bespoke qualification
Hamish & Milo Voyager: ‘Level 3 Wellbeing in Education Award’
Hamish & Milo is an organisation dedicated to improving children’s mental health, wellbeing and social and emotional development through evidence-based programmes, training and software for schools and settings.
Our comprehensive emotions curriculum, range of SEMH intervention programmes and family programme support a graduated response to help the rising numbers of children with SEMH needs. Our programmes provide an explicit framework to enhance PSHE delivery and SEMH intervention and explore self-esteem, confidence and resilience, grief, loss and sadness, explosive feelings, anxiety, peer relationships and conflict, diversity and inclusion, change and transition, all complex issues that we know effect children’s long-term mental health and wellbeing.
Central to our approach is to empower pastoral staff to develop greater confidence, awareness and professional capacity to implement the programmes and to ensure best outcomes for children. We recognise the value of pastoral staff and are committed to celebrate the vital work they do and to provide accredited training and professional development opportunities through our training course: Voyager- Wellbeing in Education Award.

The Association for Accredited Learning have been delighted to work with the amazing team at Hamish & Milo through the development of their bespoke qualification, ‘Level 3 Wellbeing in Education Award’ accredited by NCFE. Their recent cohort of learners have just been awarded.
The course aims to develop the knowledge and awareness of Hamish & Milo practitioners facilitating the programme with children in primary school settings, by providing insights into the context and foundational theoretical concepts of the resources.
The content of the course is structured around the Hamish & Milo programme themes, and the theory is woven around this structure, providing a deeper understanding of the development of and support required for children’s optimal social and emotional health and wellbeing.
The course has three units:
Unit one: Early emotional development and the foundations of mental health and wellbeing.
Unit two: Early childhood adversity and the protective factors that support social, emotional, physical and cognitive development, mental health and wellbeing.
Unit three: Integrating self-awareness and theoretical learning into developing and supporting educational wellbeing in practice.
