Community Quality Mark
The Community Quality Mark (CQM) was developed for community-facing organisations who wish to gain external validation to demonstrate the high standard of services they provide to their local community. Services may be aligned to social prescribing activities or aim to reduce social isolation through workshops, courses or recreational activities. The CQM process provides externally verified feedback to support business development opportunities for policy and strategic implementation, as well as evidence for funders.
The Community Quality Mark requires organisations to undertake a self-assessment against five points of focus.
Focus 1: The Individual / Community
Focus 2: Inclusive Community Services
Focus 3: Safe Signposting and Referrals
Focus 4: Quality Assurance and Impact
Focus 5: Sustainable Resources
The fee is £350.
