This OCN London qualification is an introduction to teaching in a variety of contexts. It provides the knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of teachers or trainers related to equality and diversity, legislation and meeting the needs of learners. It covers the planning and delivery of sessions, motivating learners within a learning environment, assessment methods and record-keeping.

There are three units:
1) Understanding Roles, Responsibilities and Relationships in Education and Training
2) Understanding and Using Inclusive Teaching and Learning Approaches in Education and Training
3) Understand Assessment in Education and Training

Assessment is through written assignments and a practical micro-teaching session.
Only available for in-house delivery. Minimum four delegates.
