Optimizing your area and technology is crucial to your overall wellbeing. We tackle poor work environments that may affect your health, morale and essentially your efficiency.

3) Understand Cognitive Digital Stamina
Our ability to maintain full or even some attention for long periods has depleted as the world is evolving. We explore how to take back control and be more productive and efficient in our daily digital related tasks.
