Managing Wellbeing Whilst Working Remotely
As COVID-19 continues to impact the way we live and work, it has never been more important to ensure that managers engage effectively with remote workers. Organisations have a duty of care to support staff working remotely; ensuring their safety and wellbeing. It is essential, therefore that managers have the resources to accomplish this effectively with large numbers of staff.
AAL has developed a tool which provides a basis for managers to discuss home working arrangements with staff; identifying existing and potential difficulties and formulating solutions. Organisations can complete and retain these documents; demonstrating a robust management system and commitment to staff wellbeing. We are able to provide a package which includes the discussion document as well as a useful home working guide for staff and an element of on-going support and advice for managers.
The workshop explores ways to create a productive workplace, techniques for creativity that leads to productivity and how to maintain focus with your wellbeing in mind.
