The Wellbeing Quality Mark is a framework supporting organisations to increase employee engagement through health and wellbeing approaches, embedded in daily operational and overarching strategy. It provides an opportunity to self-assess against 20 standards across four principles. Working with a consultant, an organisation will explore the impact of wellbeing activities, resilience support for management, opportunities to strengthen the ‘employee voice’ and workload planning. The Wellbeing Quality Mark is awarded for three years, which includes annual supportive consultations.

The Community Quality Mark was developed for community-facing organisations who wish to gain external validation to demonstrate the high standard of wellbeing activities they provide to their local community. Activities may be aligned to social prescribing and reducing social isolation. They may include workshops, structured long term courses or recreational activities.
The Community Quality Mark requires organisations to undertake a self-assessment, where externally verified feedback can support business development opportunities for policy and strategy implementation, encouraging a continuous wellbeing and learning environment.
