Lived Experience Quality Mark

The Lived Experience Quality Mark demonstrates an organisation provides a quality assured programme of recovery and progression opportunities. The framework welcomes organisations to gain external validation that their lived experience strategies and resources are in place to support individuals’ unique journeys and goals.

Organisations are invited to self-assess against four Concepts:
1) Individual Needs and Goals
2) Training and Development
3) Referrals and Signposting
4) Giving a Voice and Peer Networking

The Quality Mark is awarded annually.

Organisations achieving the Lived Experience Quality Mark will receive discounts on training and consultancy from the AAL Lived Experience Academy.

Enquire about the Lived Experience Speaker programme.  Available for in-house delivery to staff / volunteers. Give them full recognition for sharing their stories as Lived Experience Accredited Facilitators.
