Level 5 Advanced Diploma in People, Culture & Wellbeing

We are delighted to introduce our new Level 5 Advanced Diploma in People, Culture, and Wellbeing. Research indicates a growing need for organisations to support employee health and wellbeing in a strategic way. This remote, modular qualification is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and skills in the key areas essential for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Modules

Module one: The Impact of Men and Women’s Health on the Individual

Gain an understanding of the health needs and challenges faced by different genders and how this impacts the individual and workplace.  Learn how to confidently raise awareness and strategies to implement supportive measures, taking into consideration unique experiences. Explore the importance of having a gender-inclusive workplace.

Module two: Lived Experience and Inclusive Practice in the Workplace

Understand the value of ‘lived experience’ in the workplace, learn about imposter syndrome, the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACE) in the workplace and develop strategies to provide a safe space for the sharing of lived experiences.  You will understand the value and needs of neurodiverse colleagues and receive EDI updates and sharing of best practice.

Module three: Human Resources and People & Culture

This module welcomes both experienced and those aspiring to enter the HR profession to explore the evolving role of ‘Human Resource’ professional to ‘People & Culture’.  You will gain a deeper understanding of tools available to you and employees, as well as the understanding of the employee cycle and receiving updates on workplace legislation.

Module four: Learning, Development and Management

Understand organisation and individuals’ training needs and know how to develop meaningful training.  Explore the range of learning and development available across an organisation.  Explore the roles of the manager, leader, coach and mentor.  Discuss the challenges faced by junior, middle and senior managers for their own wellbeing and those from their direct reports and wider teams, whilst assessing supportive measures.

Module five: Organisational Development and Workplace Culture

For both experienced and those aspiring to enter the field of OD. Explore organisational behaviour, design and culture.

Learn about the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social and economical. Find out about innovation and efficiency, creating and fostering partnerships

Module six: Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace

Gain an understanding of common mental health and wider issues impacting an individual, such as financial wellbeing.

Know how to advocate for mental health awareness to promote healthy performance.  Explore mental health skills for managers and their teams, whilst understand how a wellbeing strategy is integral to employee health.
