AAL Bespoke Qualifications

Bespoke Qualifications

Many of our members offer amazing bespoke training courses to their clients and employees – designed around their individual needs. We’re proud to support so many to gain external accreditation.

A ‘customised qualification’ allows you to personalise the training provision, maintaining intellectual ownership, whilst gaining a stamp of approval to demonstrate to your learners, that their course has been through a rigorous quality assurance check.

Learners can showcase their new skills, knowledge and competence through branded certification.   Learners will need to produce portfolios of evidence. The depth of this is dependent upon the qualification size and level.

AAL will guide you through the process from development to learner certification.  We will even register your learners with the awarding organisation, so all you need to do is concentrate on the delivery and formal assessment practice.

Examples of members’ bespoke provision:

  • Level 2 Award in Community Food Worker
  • Level 3 Award in Pregnancy Choices Support
  • Level 2 Facilitating Pre-School ‘Stay and Play’ Sessions
  • Level 3 Certificate in Perinatal Peer Support
  • Level 2 Peer Commissioner Award
  • Level 3 Specialist Harmful Practices Advocates Training Certificate

If you are not seeking customised or regulated qualifications because there is no formal assessment, our CPD Certification may be a better fit.

If you are a school, please refer to AAL Schools.

Endorsed Resources Quality Mark

Different from ‘bespoke qualifications’, our ‘endorsement’ is a quality mark demonstrating that your training resources have been through a screening process, providing credibility and confidence in content.

AAL will endorse your training resources by evaluating your provision against four principles:

  1. Focused Content
  2. Accessibility and Inclusivity
  3. Stakeholder and Resource Planning
  4. Evaluation and Branding.

The framework will support your organisation to shape training resources to the highest standard; verifying suitability to achieve the biggest impact.

The endorsement is valid for three years. We offer optional annual supportive consultations to maintain training resource currency, credibility and impact.
